So with late filling and low stock price reverse may not be approved, any interest in a take over . Market price of 2.4m seems like a bargain. We only need 51% , I have 4.9. The move would be take over then take private. Cost of being public is hurting this company . I heard stockholder meeting with printing and such was 100k Just need to find a management team.
