I agree. Either they need to perform or start looking for a larger company to buy them out.

How old is Sams again? He seems genuinely excited about growing the company. But he is looking to sell some shares. And he might be looking for a more substantial pay-day as well.

In the conference call there was some discussion of the retail residential market and how that was a many hundreds of millions of dollar market. I frankly cannot see current management pulling that off with anywhere near the speed and success as if Polar was part of, say, GE or GD or HON.

I really do believe that POLA will get bought out at $14 sometime in next 18 months or 2 years. And relative to the current price, that would be well worth the wait.
