those two sells were 7500 ($360) and 3412 ($151), respectively...hardly a 'liquidation' event

but guess what, for every sell there is a buy, so someone just picked up those shares.

Also, "they" didn't lower the price either, CDEL choose to accept the sell at .048 and then again .0443 that that person was attempting to drive the price down by selling into the bid which was .0401
