ITCC, despite the lower Q income and even if you count 200 million fully diluted shares the stock is cheap. Right now there is basically nothing working except a few special situations here and there. Market is pretty bad in the micro and nano cap space. And the small caps are probably not doing much better, I don't really have exposure to these so I don't really know.
