NUGS is a share selling scam. If you look at the assets the majority of 2.5 million is of Worldwide Staffing which is owned by Simon Yu.
The buyout of WWS was subject to their audited financials. Its been 7 months and to date nada financials of WWS.
NUGS is losing 500 thousand per month mostly to third party consultants.
