Caesare, do you interpret a more aggressive sales strategy as including the possibility of going direct in more countries in 2019? We have seen in the four countries where direct sales force is used, the sales are growing exponentially are more predictable. The company obviously has more control over the sales process, visibility into the pipeline, etc. This might be one of the reasons for the additional funding for more sales reps.
