Fairly certain Medico is not diluting but rather Robert Clark is selling shares from the sale of Elev8 to Medico. Believe the deal was Kona had 2.2 mil shares at 60:1 which gave him approximately 148 mil. Believe it is controlled and should be coming to an end shortly. There is no ill will between Clark and Medico and still maintain an excellent working relationship. Will do some DD but think they operate closely as far as location if not from same office space. Believe after Clark sold VATE it gave Medico a substantial amount of working capital.
