I agree with you except Edgar is not smart enough to realize that.He’s too busy issuing shares to all his family and selling his at $.19 which tells me he doesn’t believe in the company in bankruptcy might be around the corner. Read the 10K it states in there that ongoing business as usual is getting very tough because they have no money, no investors, and nobody wants to buy their stock because Edgar is a retard
