I'm not here to give the wrong impression. I have faith in this stock over the long term. But it's silly to not make a buck or two along the way. I trade the moving average. I don't look at L2. I have forcast the meeting delays everytime. I will admit the cancellation surprised me. I'm assuming it's to get a new set of shareholders for the next attempt due to the record date being reset. There has been an increase in institutional holders since last R/S announcement. The R/S has to happen, it's a fact. 1.5B shares O/S and it's just not worth 1.5B MC. They will need the shares for later aquisitions. They also have stated in previous filings that they intend to sell shares to support themselves. The earnings is going to be soft tomorrow. Too much has been spent on vote soliciting and other movie/partnership aquisitions. It's going to take off, but no one should be counting on a Christmas surprise, maybe an Easter surprise if we are lucky.
