Most scams I have seen over the years will hype deals or potential deals and partnerships to inflate the price and never show anything on the bottom line. That is where this one is different and makes me think most things are real. The filings show that deals have been made. It would be easy to not be prosecuted if the price ran up on potential deals ect and he could just say they didn’t come through after he sold millions of shares. Here the revenues are in the filing so it is tough to back your way out of that. All imo but I think there is a legit business here that has had some over exuberance. We will see. Good luck.
