Is there any view on what this SEC investigation (on the IPO) is.

I understand before the IPO, they had evidence of falling numbers that they did not disclose to investors. They actually fired the Exec who told them they should disclose it.

This however was just a user comment, no idea if its the actual reason... Any view ?

Also, it was felt the sell off post earnings was over done, is this the REAL reason... if so who knew this was comming before today... could this be Insider trading ?

Form 4s should give the answer on that...
