Excellent question. Few reasons. But, if I can keep another dollar from flowing to their sleezy pockets, I'm happy. Second, if their business model/plan is deemed legal, meaning they have conducted themselves according to rules and regulations based on what I've seen.......
I'm going to do the exact same thing. Pocket millions while producing nothing of value to investors, based on a drug hypothesis I purchased from a scientific research group. Pay myself a nice 6 figure salary.....never respond to anyone. Just file with the SEC as necessary....to me, again, if it's legal, is the perfect scam. I want in.
