You are right, but when the restated financials come out, we will care about what is happening to revenues, not the one time cost of this whole process.

$4+ million is an astounding number.

Probably has to do with the string of financial people hired and then resigning. They saw it.

A symptom shareholders should have cared about in hindsight.
