That is a Restated/filed document of an earlier filing with some changes.
When one reads it, there are 1 billion shares of common stock authorized but read further and they can add as many as they want later.
The 15 acre harvest that was supposed to be in October hasn't happened yet, I wonder if it is in the area that just got 24" of snow, that wouldn't be good for the pot crop.
I don't know why people keep talking about an IPO because there is nothing to offer.
Sounds like more pumping to me......
