congrats to the gamblers who bought this in the trips -- nice lottery ticket win!

it's all hype of course. Nobody has CFDA clearance to sell the LuViva in China and nobody even knows if they've started to do any kind of clinical trials in China. THAT is the kind of information that would constitute "real news," not a payment of a few hundred thousand dollars. (It wasn't a payment of $1 million as we all know -- what was remaining, anyone remember off the top of their head, $250,000?)

Two things are certain:

1. The R/S is still coming.

2. the Death Spiral creditors let it run yesterday so they could short it -- here comes the pain.
