Company has many options at this time is my understanding and a RS wouldn’t be one at this time. If they did a RS it would be once they were in the OTCQB and were ready to hit a major exchange, do more acquisitions and raise $ all at the same time. Most likely that would be when the PPS is over $0.25-$0.50.
