That’s what makes markets and I respect your opinion. But if you look at the original filings Bill Hobson filed, those filings painted a much better financial picture than the recent audited financials indicate.

For example, in the original 2017 SEC 10-K filing LVVV reported Total Assets worth $240,144 but the Audited results report Total Assets worth just $112,895.

Furthermore, in the original filing LVVV reported Total Liabilities of $683,912 but the Audited results report Total Liabilities of $1,132,633.

Asset/liability ratio shows significant deterioration as indicated above because assets are much smaller and Liabilities are much higher.

In addition, in the original filing LVVV reported an Accumulated Deficit of ($8,918,327) but the Audited results report an Accumulated Deficit of ($10,015,974).

And finally, in the original filing LVVV reported an Net Loss of ($215,250) but the Audited results report a Net Loss of ($1,199,385).

So in each of these important financial data points, Bill Hobson’s reported numbers were much more rosy than the Audit is reporting. These weren’t small errors attested to by Bill Hobson in LVVV’s 4-12-18 10-K filing.

Mr. Hobson even had his Attorney write a LVVV Attorney’s Letter on May 9, 2018 attesting LVVV’s original 2017 SEC 10-K filing. (Linked below).

If I was LVVV’s attorney, I’d be ticked off at Bill Hobson, or any other client who would supply false financials to me. Lawyers don’t want to get mixed up with clients who submit false financials because it makes them look bad. Because if the client gives you garbage financials, it’s garbage in, garbage out.

Finally, with Total Company Assets worth just $112,895.....why would anyone believe LVVV is worth its current $36 million dollar valuation?

$36,000,000 divided by $112,895 = 319

Trading at 319X it’s Total Asset value. At LVVV’s current price per share, buying at these levels is like paying $319 for $1 worth of assets. Not a smart investment move. All the Assets in the company are worth just $112,885. The bag looks pretty darn empty to me. If people think it makes sense to pay an equivalent of $319 for $1 worth of assets, I don’t think that bet will end well.
