We did get a answer on Restricted Shares numbers and the 90 Million how long they will be restricted...so plus plus on being a pain in the a$$

Still no answer on 6.2 Million shares and how 500,000,000 comes about...

30 Billion/333 = 90,009,000 shares the statement on FB said 99,028,000. Difference 9,019,000. There are the 6.2 Million and then someone said they were waiting on cert shares.

The key word for me is "issue" it didn't say "converted" which to me implies. New shell, New Cusip number. Which implies a corporate action and exit date. When Hudson announced name change to NPT. Encounter Tech Inc that was a number got it's name and a cusip number.

Could be 100% wrong...

Screwed? At .0001 we are all screwed.
