Bill Hodson was filing false SEC filings. The recent audit and restatements only proves this fact. No can understand an error occasionally on filings. But these errors were too large and too numerous to be “erroneous”. Bill Hodson is either really really bad at math, or a total fraud. LVVV isn’t adding up, and I see LVVV going a lot lower. When people see accounting irregularities, it’s always best to get out, and ask questions later.
