A phase 3 would be needed since the sachets have not been tested for the delivery system. Also, the trial size was not efficient enough to approve. Exactly why phase 3 trials are needed... Leo has even mentioned the next phase... Phase 3 B-OM costs will be 15 to 20 million and take 2 years... Again, lucky to see B-OM by 2022.
