Been traveling all day. 4.5hr drive home. The OTC has exit ramps. People that bought at 0.13 sell just above. People that bought at 0.12 will sometimes sell at 0.13 betting it’s going lower.

Problem is, no one knows when news will hit. Twice I was buying and bam! News hit and it launched.
