Yes, today started the next leg up. Getting tougher to find people who want to give away their $2.22 shares at prices under $1.50.

The deal is legit -- heck, they held a joint conference call and named specific INUV management who would be moving on to other jobs after the merger.

And the valuation is legit. The 45c portion speaks for itself. That leaves $1.77 in the form of CPT shares. In essence, at $1.20 we are buying those CPT shares for $0.75 (because $1.20 - $0.45 = $0.75). And that 75c payment is only 40-some percent of the $1.77 the CPT shares are worth.

And how do I know the CPT shares are worth that much? Well, that is what private venture cap folks paid for them earlier in 2018. If anything, one would presume that the private equity guys are likely to have negotiated themselves a good deal. Paying under 50 percent what the private equity guys did, seems like a good deal to me.
