You are correct. The word yet means to me that you see it moving to that juncture. The movement to own more than 50% of the outstanding shares in a bankrupt defunct shell seems to have been able to scrape up enough determined bagholders. In the end there is only 1 outcome. I am curious not concerned but I am damn sure going to pay more attention to the posters that were correct in this battle . I was involved with Chemtura . Bank bankruptcy
