I did not say that they would jump ship. I mocked the idea that they would suddenly re-invest into this tragedy.

Why would anyone reinvest here? After all, averaging down has worked so well over the years.

What is more likely - people will be surprised that they received anything, be thankful for this little bit of money and put it elsewhere. I doubt that you find most of it flows back to SIAF itself.

That said - I doubt most of the people still holding shares here suddenly sell their shares now after so much pain. Likely, they will hold on hoping that something happens and value returns somehow.
