The very first private placement people, perhaps. And, again, their shares were restricted from June 2017 - October 2018 because the SEC Filing didn't happen until October 2017 finally and they had to wait 12 months from then.

Still a Return at $0.28 -- but damn, these guys can see far greater returns if they just wait for another announcement or so.

I've learned many people lack patience or "settle" to easily.
