they are geniuses and the promotional folks promoting the possibilities are complete morons. simple as that. it's never paying dividends, never spinning anything and yes they're going to be forced to issue a crapload of new shares. notice the compensation "change" for solly prawnfinger mc'chainsmoker so as we said before - they can't spin anything when the remainder shares outstanding are indeterminate due to all of these convertible debts. truth comes out again - it's a dead animal and the converts will force the A/S to skyrocket higher so they protect their ability to blow out and bet their money back. it will come from nowhere else!
