2 days till 3qtr SEC Filing is due.

Still no patent and we are now close to 90 days from that Press Release all but assuring us the patent was "In the Mail". Which I find highly suspect.

No Geotraq Deals announced. So no sales. Geotraq has had a complete year to produce a working product. We can expect another Quarterly Operations Loss. I have an interest in seeing how much of a float the CFO is going to do on that Loan to Live Ventures. Kind of cool when you think about it, being able to cook the books in two NASDAQ Companies at the same time via a Related Party Transaction. What a sweet deal.

We shall see how much of the Cash Assets of ARCI are left. One thing is for sure, Toni and his Cronies are looting this thing for all it is worth. Anyone else notice how the remaining exectives all got stock options and hefty raises (including Toni. He alone is pulling down over $500K just in ARCI salary). Toni generously awarded himself a nice $200K raise from last year. No wonder he fired the COO and all that is left is his Cronies that are double dipping while working for LIVE.
