That is what they do. Stocks in this stage of development. All the time. If I were to have looked at this chart 1 month ago when it was at .10, what technical indicator would have suggested that it was going to go up? None that I can see. Yet now, this stock is screaming to be bought with all sorts of technical indicators that it is going to go up now!

If you just have to know a cause, I would be most willing to bet that retail brought this down on such EXTREME low volume, not corporate dilution.

CFGN and MAXM are involved in every stock including the ones that make major moves North.
