I read it the same way as you do and know that they are puffing but I have backed up their claims finding them on other sites as made by other entities which adds credence to what they have said or visa-versa, and I gave them credit for my post but they are not the only people saying these things. The President is looking into this as the Antimony is in dire need and being that this mine can only produce a portion of Our needs, (25%+) it is better than nothing even "if" China was not at the other end of these equation(s) pulling away from China is a smart move as the China Sea problem could also cause the same thing as the Tariff(s). China is getting bigger but not better as they are one of the most divisive and crooked nation on the face of the earth. They lie even when the truth would do!
