No underlying business is the only believable explanation for this annihilation of company market value and trust. Nobody is this careless, reckless or stupid.
It's just that there's no business income, this is all they can do now that there's no one investing directly anymore and no one giving them any loans.
Scam exposed, they don't even care anymore.
