TXHD It's quietly loading someones account. NO bid whacks but the ask does not move. Watching level 2 one can learn things. Shares are sitting just under .52 for someone. The ask is thin and this buyer will easily double up. The pps will not drop below .50 and the cross is in the middle of .51 and .52 cents for now. Accumulation at it's finest.
