According to the conference call, we should be seeing it by the end of the month/ early Dec after all the financials and audits are done.
But who knows, they may push it to next year, but I would think for tax reasons, they would want all three companies under 1 tax umbrella. It was mentioned, they only wanted shares trading under the BTOP symbol
