The non-yahoo link (directly above) is from AASLD and is a few weeks old; not updated final results. Generally, things don't tend to change much post end of treatment.
Some may relapse following treatments and rather remarkably, some may be detectable at end of treatment and clear by the 12 week post treatment follow up PCR test.
Either way, relapses post treatment or post treatment viral clearing tend to be less common
