Mr. Robert Rico has been Chief Executive Officer of Grand Havana, Inc. since December 5, 2017. Mr. Rico served as a Consultant of Grand Havana, Inc. He served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Pleasant Kids, Inc. (formerly NYBD Holding, Inc.) from September 10, 2013 to August 10, 2015. Mr. Rico has literally built his entire executive career on his energetic personality and six scene of marketing. A high energy, fiscally conscious and goal-driven executive, he approaches each new business challenge with his intrinsic flair for innovation, creative problem-solving and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvements and shareholder returns. He served as Managing Director of Alchemist Funds. He served as Managing Director of RR Investments Group for seven years, where he advised companies in corporate finance and M&A transactions. Mr. Rico has managed over 40 transactions, including the IPO of VIVA Entertainment , a tech-media company and the sale of Expert Group (Corespondent Lending Company). He began his career on a path that is rare among other executives. He found himself intrigued by the world of investment, mergers and acquisitions. He served various board positions of other private and public entities. He also served in the licensing and marketing world with Italian design house Pininfarina Extra. He served as Director of NYBD Holding, Inc. since September 10, 2013 until August 10, 2015. In November of 2009, he was awarded with the Key of the City of Miami for his philanthropic and business achievements.
