first of all, you might want to go see a financial advisor about that bc it sounds like you got yourself into quite a predicament. Second of all again, their debt DILUTES you. Read the financials. That is not good at all. Every single shareholder should want to see that gone as soon as possible. They could have addressed it, but instead bought 4 vans and now your shares will be worth less since more will be dumped into the market for the time being.
