Santulan/Strickland/Linton changed the name of SPRV at the state level only, filing an amendment to the incorporation in Delaware does not change its trading symbol. There has been a lot of speculation about this, but the FACT is SPRV must 100% file for the ticker and name change with FINRA and it must be processed by FINRA in order to trade as WebToDoor.

In addition, Contrary to the company’s claims, they can’t become “fully reporting” to the SEC unless the company files an initial registration statement with the SEC - That can either be a Form 10 or an S-1.
