ifida, I think you missed the conversion of 'prefered' shares to common. $10,000 buys you 2000 prefered shares worth $5 ea. You can convert them to common shares at any time at the conversion rate of 15% less than the 20 day average. That means you can swap them 'today' for 183823 shares of stock.

It will require the issue of 147 million shares to cover the transactions if they are able to entice investors to provide the $8 million dollars.

Thats about a 25% dilution of the current shares OS. Or a reduction of the equivalent share value to 75% of todays pps or about 4.5 cents.

So, will it drop the pps to the diluted value of 4.5 cents, or will it 'seek' the level of the PP at 5.4 cents, or will it go up based on the 'potential'? hmmmmmmmm
