Yes, SIAF Sweden is a subsidiary (should be no activity there I guess). My point was that SIAF is the holding company, but all value and interest is in TRW which they plan to list that in HK.
What is the plan with SIAF?


And yes, they need bigger audience, but they also need a simpler structure. They have shown numerous times that either the corporate structure is so complicated that it limits what they want to do (filings, approvals, lawyers) or they are not professional enough to handle it (whether it is SIAF or TRW doing things.)
I don’t think a delisting in Merkur would be positive, but with the recent events I don’t think they have many chances left before they get kicked out.
If Trw is so successful, why haven’t they been able to get a proper board and management? I’m pretty sure Oslo Børs looks at the (overlapping) corporate structure of the two companies if they dig into the distribution mess-up.
