My guess is that he have tried for so long to get Solomon to listen without success



We got the cash dividends, didn't we? He was even buying more shares recently.

He overreacted. He was fed up with all the emails and being unable to answer them. I think it's obvious. Perhaps he would have left anyway after the distribution or cash dividend.
