Interesting... "The option to order a physical card in December or sooner". So they are either anticipating the motion to dismiss will be successful. Or they plan on needing to submit and follow through with an agreement with MP. I frankly tend to forcast the latter. If they truly intended on pushing for the motion to dismiss they would not have jointly stayed the case time and again (actually 3times). The motion would have been filled immediately rather than a joint stay to the case. I have seen the patent as substantial since the beginning. It is what creates an ease of use to the service and look at the can of worms they opened then dumped on themselves by trying to circumvent it.
