for those new to this ticker and reading about the CE recently removed, the reason it was put there on Dec 4, 2017:

3 filings in November caused huge volume spike in a shell that hadn’t had a press release or a filing in years, and yes, filings and press releases are different 76. One catches the eyes of a few saavy traders/investors, (filings) the real volume comes when company releases news, starting with new business model which typically contains forward looking statements. The ‘filings’ are available to see here on iHub and an SEC site ‘if you are looking’
Press Release shows up in the News Wire... that’s when Many Thousands show up to check little thing like “PINK CURRENT” .. MUCH SMALLER THAN NORMAL PINK SUB PENNY TICKERS ‘745 Million A/S’ maxed out last December as I recall.. TYPICALLY MOVES ON AIR..
hope this post ‘with link’ helps people understand why it went to Caveat Emptor to begin with.
You may read *pump but not a single press release in years. You have to say something before someone can come along and call it a lying pump.
