Okay then. By what measure would you claim they're not being fraudulent? By a marked increase in the PPS? I don't think that disproves being fraudulent. In fact, it could (and probably will be) argued that because the NR was fraudulent, the PPS increased. It is the way of the PinkSheet market place after all.

If all you're trying to say is that there will be a NR and the PPS will go up, well, that's not saying much at all. If anyone is so sure about the leadership and the viability of this company, certain that the PPS will go up and sustain a much appreciated level, then they should be putting all their eggs in one basket, mortgaging the house, you know, stuff like that. Is that what you see happening here?
