Obtaining a 501(K) for a topical wound dressing is not very challenging, and one should expect that ARTH will be successful. Some perinent questions are: Will AC5 sell as a topical wound dressing in the US after ARTH receives a 510(K) premarket clearance from FDA? How many/how much? Will ARTH follow though with a CE mark application for AC5 and will the device sell in Europe? If sales of the AC5 topical wound dressing don;t meet expectations or don;'t generate positive cash flow, then what?

One doesn't have to opine on the integrity of the ARTH management and board to ask legitimate questions.
