They are fake ASKS(US). VALX and now ARCA immediately pull them to the back of the line or back a cent as soon as the ASK gets touched. They are there just as a nuisance. They never sell. When CSTI or CDEL sell large chunks I pay attention to that on the US side.

With that being said CDEL(US) sold of a large chunk this morning. Last time I saw them do this at 2.25. it hit 2.40, then dropped down to now. Saw them do it at 3.00 as well. I have been following the MM's and adjusting my trading habits based on their trading habits on swings.
