Not factual info. That aircraft picture is not current, no work is being done and the aircraft shown is FAA registered as N309CS , which is NOT a Refueling Tanker version. It is passenger only. it will be of NO USE for Air2Air refueling contracts. What would TMPS be spending money they don't have on an aircraft that is not converted for refueling purposes. Nice try though.
