I know all this happening. Because they told you they will be generating cash mid to late Q4. Which means contracts should be very close.

Make no mistake about it, if TRW has the money then they will convert the 350 mu in Shenwan to 3G ODRAS. Or build ODRAS close to AF4. Perhaps do some 2G ODRAS.

What I don't know is, the status for cooperatives. That is something different and could be dependent on financing.

What we do know is, TRW should have some money. Perhaps they are using it all for the trade division. But we'll get an update on that as well.

Why are they not issuing press releases? Solomon is too busy with what he perceives to be more important activities. They also moved away from press releases because the stock drops afterwards anyway. Negative reinforcement. But that was because of dilution/dumpage. All of this stuff is connected, in some way.
