He cannot announce contracts if there are not any.



Companies do it all the time. MOU's or what you have. As long as they are honest about the status.

Perhaps CA will get a contract soon (for AF3). At least I acted preemptively and explained why we need a press release.

I think the shares are grossly undervalued but I don't think things are going well.



We can't be sure about cash flow. But remember they are settling over $50M in A/R's. That should free up at least some cash flow for TRW which they can either use for contracts or debt repayment.
