Please explain how frauds like Barry Honig, HS Contrarian, John Stetson, Steve Markowitz, Dutchess Capital, IRTH Communications, Adam Selkin were issued shares had any value to the company?

Page 17 of the below SEC filing by this scam that shows that Honig, Stetson, Brauser, O’Rourke, Leighton and Markowitz we’re behind this scam, the SEC complaint involving the Honig clan of frauds and the recent complaint against one of the promoters that was paid to promote this garbage with the company’s knowledge:

This company and their garbage app,has no data of value to anyone. The only dtata of any value is to the SEC of all the correspondence between the company and these frauds plotting the pump and dumps to assist Honig and his scheme that is unraveling before his eyes.
