The dumb sellers [HEIRS] are still using unsoficated, novice tactics to try to sell their shares. Today they have divided the shares among to different market makers again. They started the day with 155,000 shares offered thru one MM, and then moved 55,000 to a second MM. So a bid for 200,000 at .0255 will probably be successful today. They do not have any idea about what they own, and are just intent on getting their hands on cash as fast as possible,imo.
