Well, it has been falling apart for the past 2 or 3 years.

I checked 2 other companies under special observation in Oslo. They are both facing some kind of financial issue and possible bankruptcy IMO. It's a good list to be on for Solomon. Not.

Their market caps are similar to SIAF. Go figure. I didn't check their assets but one can be certain that nobody has $650M in net assets. SIAF was already trading far below bankruptcy levels.
